As CEO and founder, Joy is responsible for strategic direction and overseeing operations at the firm. Joy has won numerous awards throughout her career in Commercial Real Estate that include Crain’s Chicago 40 under 40, Crain’s Chicago 20 in their 20s, The Greater Food Depository Office Representative Office Broker of the year in 2012, 2013 and 2018, Chicago Office Power Broker of the year in 2017 and 2018. Joy has been a speaker at various events for the commercial real estate industry including: The Economic Club of Chicago, Urban Land Institute, Chicago Office Leasing Broker Association (COLBA) and Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW). Her passion and understanding for office demand led her to create FV, the next generation of office development.
